- How Often To Use: Under normal use, you should lubricate your treadmill every three months or every 130 miles. If you use your treadmill more intensely, check more often to determine if maintenance is necessary. Don't wait until you hear squeaking or some other sound that would indicate unwanted friction!
- Easy-to-Use Instructions: Apply approximately ½ oz of treadmill lubricant to the application wand. Slide wand back and forth under the belt to apply lubricant evenly. Run the treadmill for 3-5 minutes to disperse treadmill lubricant evenly.
